Starting from Ploče – in vicinity the first stop could be estuary of Neretva river with long sandy beach, always charming in the morning (in the afternoon is windy, but then the kiteboarders create lovely scene).
Next stop is peninsula Pelješac , visiting touristic settlement Trpanj (optional lunch in Tuna bar by the beach), after that swimming and sunbathing in bays Divna and Duba.
Taking off the Pelješac and sailing towards island Hvar. On the south side of the island is Robinson style cove Mrtinovnik, with just one house- rustic tavern at Gambo’s; great stop to take a swim and relaxed grilled lunch by the beach.
Not far from there, on the very peak of Hvar is picturesque fishermen place Sućuraj, nice stop for coffe, ice cream or lunch on waterfront.
On the north side from Sućuraj another great stop for swimming is sandy bottom bay Mlaska.
After Mlaska we just cross the channel to reach mainland, sailing along Gradac riviera coastline, enjoying panoramic view of small touristic places under the mountain of Biokovo massif: Drvenik, Zaostrog, Podaca, Brist and Gradac to Ploče.
Starting from Ploče heading south, through Neretva channel to Mali Ston.
Here, the first stop also can be Neretva river estuary, and its beautiful sandy beach with shallow water. Morning serenity.
Sailing along north shore of peninsula Pelješac, passing great number of small islets, with swimming stops in lovely bays along the way…
Heading to the area of seashell farming, with great restaurants in places Drače, Hodilje or Mali Ston.
